Lender's Services Real Estate Assets

Diligence services for Real Estate Loan situations:
On site inspection of the property with a written report detailing condition and any deferred maintenance needed for valuation preservation.
  Evaluation of the current property managers, including a review of expense management, lease management, maintenance, and marketing/leasing program.
  Evaluation of current versus historic income stream and a market survey of the current rates; meet with a sample of tenants to identify issues.
  Collateral preservation — on site or remote property management.
  Management of marketing and sale of the property; Managing the Broker!
  Act as a receiver for Lender Asset Management.
  Act as a property manager for larger commercial Real Estate projects.
