Currently, serving on the board of directors of Las Vergas Land Holdings, LLC (formerly Rhodes Homes) a privately held homebuilder with operations in Las Vegas, Nevada and Star Buffet (NASDQ:STRZ) a public restaurant company headquartered in Arizona.
Operational experience includes serving as: (i) president of a start-up company involved in the timeshare business; (ii) chief operating officer of a company involved in the originating and servicing of commercial mortgage loans with a portfolio of $1 billion; (iii) executive vice president and chief financial officer of a publically held restaurant company with annual sales in excess of $300 million; and (iv) a consultant with Deloitte providing both audit advisory and reorganization services.
