Capital Sourcing and Structuring

Caliber's banking and investment banking expertise can evaluate a business' capital needs, then compare these needs with the existing capital structure, presenting a bridging action plan for resolution. Caliber has a practical approach to capital sourcing and will assist in the location, discussion and will create the written presentation to capital sources.

Capital sources will range from banks and other senior lenders, asset based lenders, SBA lenders, private equity investors, angel investors, strategic/competitor investors and/or renegotiating your existing capital structure with the existing providers. Caliber will take the lead and find the capital if it exists for a company's situation.

In summary, Caliber will assess the existing capital structure, design new structure(s) that would work, contact new sources of capital, assist in negotiating these terms, and close the refinancing.

This process typically includes:
Evaluating and model the income and cash generating capability of the company.
Determining the estimated loan values of the collateral.
Developing understanding of the existing layers of capital.
Creating various capital structures that would work for the Company.
Presenting the pros and cons of such alternatives.
Preparing a more detailed summary of each layer of reformulated capital.
Generating a descriptive memorandum of the company.
Contacting alternate sources of capital to determine interest.
Assisting or leading in negotiations with such capital sources.
Closing the capital raise in cooperation with your legal team.
